Pumped fluid

Which fluid should be pumped?

Application

Select the type of application.

Press feeding

The piston diaphragm pump fills the filter press with maximum flow rate up to a preset counterpressure. From this point, the process switches from filling to pressing: the pump continues to feed the available volume at a steadily increasing pressure until the end of the filtration cycle.
This ensures optimum filtration results with the most economical use of energy.

Hydraulic transport

In hydraulic transport, the pumps from EMMERICH PUMPEN deliver the flow rate at an increased operating pressure. Thanks to the volumetric conveying principle, they consistently achieve nearly constant high hydraulic efficiencies, ensuring highly energy-efficient operation of the piston diaphragm pump in use.
